Returns and Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
The item(s) must be in new, unused, and undamaged condition.
All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
You can initiate an exchange by emailing directly to  samantha_sloane_design@outlook.com. Please ensure the subject of the email states “Return” or “Exchange” in order to be dealt with immediately.

3. Return Shipping:
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part.
We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).
Retain the tracking number and shipping receipt until your return is processed.

4. Inspection and Processing:
Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.
Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days after the items are received and inspected.
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method.

5. Refund and Exchange Options:
For approved returns, you can choose one of the following options:
Full refund to the original payment method.
Exchange the item for a different size, style, or product of equal or lesser value. If the exchanged item is of greater value, you will be required to pay the difference.

6. Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for standard returns and exchanges.
However, for returns or exchanges of items that show signs of wear or damage, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee or deny the return/exchange.

7. Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at samantha_sloane_design@outlook.com.
We will provide instructions on how to return the item, and we will cover the return shipping costs.
Upon receiving the damaged or defective item, we will send you a replacement or process a full refund, as per your preference.
