Inspired by her upbringing on the Scottish West Coast, Samantha’s graduate collection “Terra Incognita” consists of wearable artwork that mimics aspects of the landscape in different materials. Her work carries a dreamlike aesthetic through her use of precious and semi-precious stones, as she aims to explore materiality, value and nostalgia. Since graduating from the Glasgow School of Art in 2022, her collection has been exhibited at exhibitions including “Dazzle” at the OXO Tower Wharf in London, and Galerie Marzee’s Graduate Showcase in Nijmegen, The Netherlands.
